Position Overview:

Emboldly is seeking a passionate, well-connected, and strategic Outreach Director to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEOs, this individual will be responsible for leading our outreach strategy, identifying and cultivating partnerships with top-tier organizations, and expanding Emboldly’s network of collaborators and supporters. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social impact, experience in partnership development, and an ability to build meaningful, high-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach and partnership strategy aligned with Emboldly’s mission and growth goals.

• Source, research, and prospect new potential partners across community-based organizations and Fortune 500 companies.

• Establish and nurture relationships within the tech, finance, consulting, marketing, and entertainment industries.

• Coordinate and manage communications with current and prospective partners.

• Work closely with the CEOs and the Sponsorship and Fundraising team to prioritize outreach goals and align with organizational strategy.

• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, partner status, and communications.

Time commitment: 2-5 hours/week

Requirements:

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and writing skills

• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and passion for women’s leadership

• Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building via email, phone, and in person

• Has experience with building relationships

• Has existing relationships would be a plus
